MYSELF Chitwan kumar a dedicated yoga practitioner for 3+yrs and a yog teacher completed 500 hr TTC from India`s leading yog institute MOKSHAYATAN YOG SANSTHAN enthusiast ,dedicated and liable to share my knowledge to the society.
Having good command on basic to advance asan, bandh , kriya, pranayam. also eligible to conduct therapy protocols for general ailments for all gender and all age group.
PREVALENCE OF YOG IN CURRENT TIME
SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE HAS BUILDED A LARGE SECTION OF PEOPLE OF EACH AGE GROUP WITH NUMBER OF HEALTH DISORDER , WHICH LATER CREATE PHHYSICAL MENTAL AND ECONOMICAL CHALLANGES.
YOG HAS BEEN AN AGE OLD PRACTICE TO A HOLISTIC APPROACH FOR HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE. MOST OF OUR PROBLEM GET RESOLVED WHEN PRACTICED YOG AND WE CAN ATTAIN BEST VERSION OF OURSELVE.

YC101- Beginner to intermediate yoga practice
monday to friday ; 7:15 am to 8:15 am IST
2 month program
include
- initial asan practice to start yoga journey,
- pranayam,
- kriya,
- bandh
NOTE- Proper attention will be given to each sadhak, their physical problems and ailments will be kept in mind during practice.
FEES: 3500 INR for 2 months.
YC102- Weight management program
monday to friday ; 6 pm to 7 pm IST
2 month program
include yogic practices focused on .
- weightloss
- metabolism
- cardiovascular activit
- strength
- flexibility
- stamina
FEES: 3500 INR for 2 months.
3. YC-103 REGULAR YOG PRACTICE
monday to friday ; 6 am -7 am IST
This batch include regular yog practice
for age group , basic to advance asan practice according to sadhak`s improvement.
pranayam , and basic yog philosophy.
result in weight management strength flexibility healthy organs and body, work on breath.
FEES- INR 1500 per month.
PRIVATE /PERSONAL CLASSES
FEES- 11000 per month
schedule- 4 days per week (mon tue wed fri)
6000 per month
schedule - 2 days per week (saturday- sunday)

GENERAL CONFUSION REGARDING YOG PRACTICE.
1. WHO SHOULD PRACTICE YOG?
Generally it is considered that one who are obese should practice yog.
No, not at all, our rishi muni did not practiced yog for fat loss, they practiced this for elevation of their consciousness. On physical aspect yog practice result in holistic health. i.e. proper blood and oxygen supply to the whole body , work on internal organs. so a person who is not obese should also practice regular yog practice. And those who are obese should must practice.
2.DOES IT CURE AILMENTS?
Definetely , practice is more focused of affecteed organs which gradually result as betterment of health.
3.CONFUSION REGARDING AGE .
People are always confused whether an old person should start practicing yog? whether a kid should praactice yog .
the answer is anyone at any age group can start practicing yog, definetely their asan practice , there intensity would be different according to age. But as soon as you start practicing you will be on a path of betterment comparing to the previous day. Health start getting better, stress decrease , happiness increase leads to change in lifestyle.
4.WHAT ABOUT FATLOSS/WEIGHTLOSS?
It surely work on this, practicing yog make you healthier from inside, and if someone is healthier from inside then his outer body will be good. It increase your metabolic rate, strengthen muscle, weight loss happens and make you stronger healthier and happier.
